Cancellation Policy:
Your registration fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to the next online workshop with CouplesReconnect if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending. Transfer requests must be made prior to the original workshop dates.
Our workshops are intentionally limited in size so that we can provide an intimate and meaningful experience for each couple. Because we make significant advance commitments to the space, planning, and other expenses associated with each workshop, we are unable to offer refunds or transfer registration to a future in-person workshop. Each registration holds a limited space that could otherwise be offered to another couple.
We appreciate your understanding and the commitment you are making to yourself, your relationship, and the workshop community. All workshops are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
